1.
Prepare your PrimaryAB by determining the dilution ratio and dilute
the PrimaryAB in (0.3% Triton-X, PBS). > find

Remove the PBS from the 24 well plate and replace with prepared
PrimaryAB solution (making sure that the hippo. sections are well

Place the 24 well plate in the cold room (4°C)
for 24 to 72 hours, while shaking gently.
