Wash the hippo. sections (sitting in 24 well plate) with PBS 3 times,
5 minutes each. > find

Place labelled hippo. sections in large petri dish filled with distilled
H2O and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rolling them onto glass

Dry the glass slide until moisture is barely visible and apply a
few drops of PermaFluor before covering with cover slip. > find
